With the award of a Victoria Rocks Touring Grant having propelled her around Australia on national tour, Rosie Burgess has firmly secured a place for herself and her unique brand of urban folkroots music, in the Australian music scene. Playing straight from the heart, Burgess consistently shows us why she is being called “one of our country’s best rising stars” [Coastfest 2008, NSW].
With her latest album release, Wait for the World [MGM/PSR], getting great support from Triple J, and some extensive national touring under her belt, Burgess’s music has firmly captured our nations hearts and attention.
