This album features 10 Original tracks and a cover of the David Bowie classic 'Space Oddity'. MEL WATSON - INBETWEEN 'Inbetween' is a dynamic and eclectic, contemporary work. Mel's second solo album. Mel's approach to this album was to try to create something new,  a new way off looking at songs and music. Inbetween is finely crafted and features the exceptional producing skills of Anthony Scott. Songs include 'Sail away', 'Come on', a rockin' out, Zappa lick inspired, 24/ 7, and the deep and moving 13 minute version of 'Sunsets and Hurricanes'. A wonderful album to add to your collection. MEL WATSON - VOX HUMANA Organic, and thoughtfully crafted songs. Mel recorded this album in 2001 with Adelaide producer/ engineer, Toni Nesci. Vox Humana features a wonderful collection of songs written by Mel and co-written with members of her infamous improvisational group 'The Mel Watson Band'. (Yanya Boston on drums, Catherine Oates on Bass guitar and Anthony Scott on Electric guitar). Mel has been compared with Sade, KD Lang and Prince. FRUIT - BURN Classic and Timeless  Exquisite harmonies hinting at a musical bloodline that embraces Dave Matthews to Joni Mitchell, Ani DiFranco to George Harrison, Prince and Stevie Wonder, Fruit's music has been described as "sensitive, embracing and disarming". 2005 releasing "BURN" Producer David Ivory. FRUIT - LIVE AT THE BASEMENT 3 frontline women - Susie Keynes, Sam Lohs and Mel Watson, 2 wielding electric and acoustic guitars and the other commanding an arsenal of horns. Each of them sings, writes and locks seamlessly to the other. It's a vocal blend reminiscent of the great harmonisers of our time. Add to this collaboration the snap lock brotherly groove of the rhythm section: Yanya Boston's gutsy, rhythmic passion on drums, Brian Ruiz's groove-laden bass and two more velvet voices. That is Fruit. Hard to pin down- perhaps best described as acoustic pop, Fruit's eclectic set also touches funk, blues, rock and groove. FRUIT - LIVE AT THE CHURCH Seamless harmonies, breathtaking songs with acoustic drive, classic, organic, modern folk with melodic emotive horns. Stunningly beautiful. This album shows what Fruit are best at and how great their songs work in their original form. A must for anyone who loves harmonies and great songwriting. Lorny FRUIT - HERE FOR DAYS fruit's music is very dynamic, with huge harmonies, many horns, covering a broad range of musical styles but rotating around acoustic folky pop. I bought Here For Days by Fruit after seeing them live here on Bowen Island in British Columbia. It was the song Mama, Mama, Mama that made my heart pound and continues to do so each time I hear it. Here For Days is full of stories, textures and melodies and is fab driving music. Lorraine Ashdown FRUIT - SHIFT Live and raw, a dynamic, eclectic live performance captured at a popular concert venue in Adelaide, Australia Good music and brilliant voices. I highly recommend it. Auxi (Dublin, Ireland)      FRUIT - SKIN An eclectic mix of beautifully crafted, contemporary, original songs by the International, Independent, Australian group FruiT. Made in 1998 as FruiT were about to embark on their first of over 20 international tours. JEN TODD - HAPPY AS WE ARE Singer songwriter Jen Todd of the Laura Love Band offers 10 superbly crafted tracks based around lush and passionate vocals. I've been a fan of Jen's since she was with 3 Track Mind. Since that time, her voice has matured and deepened and she's never sounded better! These are some of my favorite tunes and will definitely be played again and again. I was so happy when Kevin Jones of 3 Track Mind cut a solo CD and now Jen. Two of my favorite singers in the Pacific Northwest...together again (well, at least in my CD rack!). Sue Frause SAM LOHS - WE TRIP OVER THINGS This second solo offering from Sam Lohs is a bold and true account from this earnest songwriter. Carried by Lohs' soft and spirited vocal style this album breathes with great songs. SAM LOHS - SIX DEGREES The 1st solo album created by sam lohs from the award winning, international band fruit, loaded with great songs, created around sam's beautiful acoustic guitar and passionate and powerful voice. RED HEAD - ORDINARY GIRL Susie Keynes. Rock from this bright, tight Australian three piece: there are meanings and stories being told here that reach far beyond their ear-tugging hooks. SUSIE KEYNES - KISS FOR HER FEARS The 1st solo album from one of Fruit's 3 lead vocalists, Susie Keynes. This is a beautiful collection of brilliantly crafted contemporary songs, with hints of  country rock, dynamic vocal work and breathtaking string arrangements. HEATHER FRAHN - WE ARE ONE Heather Frahn is one of the artists pioneering the conscious music movement in Australia. Heather’s album “We Are One” is a collection of songs reflecting humanity and life. Her lyrics express lessons learned and explore questions asked about humanitarian, philosophical, social, spiritual & political issues that are common to human beings globally. RUTHIE FOSTER - THE PHENOMENAL RUTHIE FOSTER Superlatives are rare in album titles, and for good reason: unless you’re a living legend or a legend-in-the-making like the Man in Black (1958’s The Fabulous Johnny Cash) or the Queen of Soul (1962’s The Electrifying Aretha Franklin), you’re all but begging for a crash course in humility. So if you’re going to stick a word like “phenomenal” in front of your name on a record cover, you damn well better have the goods to back it up.
