Best known for their work in Australian Band Fruit & The Laura
Love Duo, Mel & Jen find themselves united and evolving in a
new direction. Kristen Froneman from the Vernon Morning Star
had this to say about Mel. Multi-instrumentalist Watson is a
genius. She is up there with some of the jazz greats, playing
horns, sax's, flute, percussion..... Watson also uses her voice
as an instrument emulating sounds in an aural scat, reaching
tones that would give Mariah Carey and Celine Dion hernias.....
it was Watson who blew me away with her songs Jennifer Says
(Burn) and Mamma Mamma (Here for Days). The Latter tune
starts with her valved trumpet blaring.....Watson blows her horns
into a bluesy melody. Just when you think she's out of wind,
she starts singing. And what a voice. When she gets down low, 
and note by note rises to sing "Mamma Mamma Mamma, you
never told  me it was going to be this good," you want to
throw up your arms in elation.

Jen Todd was one third of the successful North West folk Trio '
Three Track Mind' during the mid 90's, an extraordinary band
that experienced broad radio airplay with mass live appeal.
Jen went on to play with The The Laura Love Band and was
one half of the Laura Love Duo , enjoying cult status at many
events and festivals through out the United States and Canada.
Jen has worked with countless other artists including Catie Curtis,
Cris Williamson, Vicki Randle, Julie Wolfe. She is a well known
and a highly sought after musician amongst her peers, often being
a 'first call' for musicians touring and requesting her to 'sit in'.
Her energy is infectious combined with a magnetic stage presence,
and flawless musicianship.

Together they are beautifully dynamic, soulful, and heartfelt.
Harmony, layered songs that inspire and ignite. arrangements,
brimming with creatively classic sounds. think of artists like U2,
The Indigo Girls or Bob Dylan, add an eclectic edge with even
